There are no returns or exchanges accepted. Every item you receive from Wee Kings is made just for you, and brand new.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24hrs due to their handmade & made to order nature. All sales are final.
After payment is received, your order will begin being processed. Processing time is 2-3 weeks unless it contains pre-ordered fabric, in that case, processing time will take longer.

Shipping
** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -- you (customer) are required to pay any applicable customs fees or charges should they apply. I am not responsible for any customs delays. After the package leaves my hands and has been marked DELIVERED by USPS, I no longer have any control over it
Processing time is currently 2-3 weeks until shipment, this is an approximation due to the handmade and made to order nature of the items sold. Orders may ship before or after the stated processing time depending on weekly work load.
Please keep in mind that shipping times are in addition to the 2-3 week processing time. For example: If you choose Priority Mail Shipping, your order will ship after the 2-3 week processing time, and at that point you will receive it within 2-3 days.
Insurance is not included on standard shipping. If you would like insurance on your package, please message me BEFORE ordering, or select Priority Mail Shipping which automatically includes insurance.
